FluffenFluffs

The fluffenfluff is a tasty puffy fluffy receptacle for all your favorite ingredients.

Dry ingredients

  • 140g / 1 cup flour
  • a bunch of shredded cheese, as much as your lactose intolerance will allow
  • 10g baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some chopped spring onions
  • 20g finely chopped sundried tomatoes in 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • optional: yummies such as chopped parsley, bacon, and different kinds of cheese

Wet ingredients

  • 80 ml milk
  • 40g butter
  • half a beaten egg

Basting butter

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, the cheese, chopped tomatoes, onions, and the garlic together
  2. Combine the wet ingredients together, cube or soften the butter beforehand
  3. Mix wet into dry ingredients and work together until just combined, it’s fine if it’s a chunky batter
  4. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 10m, take them out and baste with melted butted and dried basil
  5. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for five more minutes
