Quark Balls

The quark balls are a delicious fair-like food item.

Ingredients

• 250g flour
• 250g curd (quark)
• TS salt
• 125g sugar
• 1 package vanilla sugar
• 1 package backing powder
• possibly a bit of milk
• 2 eggos
• bunch of oil for deep-frying

How-to

1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Mix the dry ingredients together
3. Add the wet ingredients
4. Mix it properly. If it is to dry add a little bit of milk until it becomes a firm, but not powdery dough
5. Use two spoons to put small sizes of dough into the hot oil. Make sure to frequently turn them around so that they properly fry from all sides.
